Warning Description: Wind Chill Advisory

Warning Date: 3:33 am EST on February 13, 2016

WarningSum:...Wind Chill Advisory Remains In Effect From 6 Pm This Evening
To 9 Am Est Sunday...

Warning Message:* locations...much of eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey...
  Maryland's Eastern Shore...as well as the north and central
  portion of Delaware.
* Wind chill...as low as 10 to 20 degrees below zero.
* Timing...wind chills will begin to drop to dangerous levels
  through today with the coldest values between midnight and
  sunrise Sunday. Wind chills will slowly ease by late Sunday
* Impacts...wind chill values reaching dangerous levels. The very
  low wind chills have the potential to result in hypothermia if
  care is not taken to stay warm and sheltered.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and strong winds
will combine to generate low wind chills. This will result in
frost bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

WarningSum:...Wind Advisory In Effect From 6 Am To 6 Pm Est Saturday...

Warning Message:The National Weather Service in Mount Holly has issued a Wind
Advisory...which is in effect from 6 am to 6 PM EST Saturday.
* Locations...the Poconos, much of the southeast Pennsylvania,
  southern New Jersey, all of the immediate New Jersey coast, a
  large portion of Maryland's Eastern Shore adjacent Chesapeake
  Bay, as well as Delaware, especially from Wilmington southeast
  to Lewes.
* Winds...northwest 20 to 30 mph with scattered gusts 45 to 55 mph.
* Timing...winds will pick up suddenly near dawn Saturday and may
  immediately gust past 45 mph. There appears to a greater chance
  of northwest wind gusts between 45 and 55 mph Saturday afternoon.
  If gusts near 50 mph occur as expected Saturday, this advisory
  may eventually have to be extended into Saturday evening.
* Impacts...a possibility of a few broken tree limbs and associated
  power outages. Driving will be difficult at times, especially
  for high profile vehicles.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A Wind Advisory means that very windy conditions are expected.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult...especially for
high profile vehicles. Use extra caution. Light-weight outdoor
objects such as patio furniture and garbage cans should be
